Shipping Information

DermaQur ships by either UPS or USPS.

Current shipping charges are as follows:

  • Standard: $8.95
  • 3rd Day: minimum $16.95
  • 2nd Day: minimum $23.95
  • Next Day: minimum $42.95

We attempt to ship all orders placed by 1:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday – Friday, the same day.

International orders please call or email for shipping rates.

Return Policy

  • When a product is received in a damaged condition it should be reported promptly to the Customer Support Department at 800-345-4829.
  • When a discrepancy exists between the quantity or items ordered and the quantity or items received, then DermaQur must be notified within 7 business days of receipt of the shipment.
  • When a customer places an order online and then subsequently refuses to accept delivery of the order for reasons that are attributable to customer error, the customer can be assessed a restocking fee and full shipping charges.
  • We accept unopened merchandise that is in its original condition provided it was purchased in the last 30 days. Please contact Customer Support at 800-345-4829 or at customerservice@DermaQur.com for a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  • All returns must be pre-approved by DermaQur and received within 10 business days of authorization of the return. Please call the Customer Support Department at 800-345-4829 and speak with the Returns Agent for more information.
  • A Return Authorization is required for all returns. The Return Authorization form must be visible on the outside of the shipping box or on the mailing label. DermaQur may refuse to accept a returned product without a visible Return Authorization form.
  • DermaQur must receive a returned product before a product credit will be issued.
  • There is a processing/restocking fee of 20% on returned products. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products unless shipping costs are waived when the Return Authorization is approved.
  • These Terms of Sale can be revised at any time should it be determined that it is in the best interests of DermaQur to do so.
